Your main tasks will include:

·         Activity and resource planning

·         Organizing and motivating the team

·         Controlling time management

·         Cost estimating and developing the budget

·         Ensuring customer satisfaction

·         Analyzing and managing project risk

·         Monitoring progress

·         Representing the company (events and meetings)

·         Optimizing the development plans

Something about you

You might be the person we are looking for if you are a great communicator, planner and confident with a great desire to help. Further, you have:

·         Good communication and effective leadership typically go hand-in-hand

·         The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is an essential characteristic of efficient project managers

·         Awareness of how an organization is structured and how project teams are formed is very important for project management professionals

·         Proactivity in finding new, potential problems rather than waiting to see if anything goes wrong

·         Strong communication skills with a calm temperament and a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving

·         Excellent decision-maker and able to delegate tasks to the team members most equipped to handle them

·         Responsible and reliable eager to go the extra mile for completing successfully the task on hand

·         Preferably a Danish speaker

What you can expect:

·         A 3-month internship (that can be extended up to 6 months), with 15 hours a week
