We are now looking for an outstanding, part-time Customer Success Responsible to help grow The Hub across the Nordics and Northern Ireland. As a match for the role, you should be eager to work hands-on with the daily operations and optimizations of a startup and collaborate closely with your fellow team members. This is a junior position: We imagine that you are on your Bachelor's or recently started your Master's.
The position is part-time with about 10-20 hours a week and fits very well as a student job.
Assist with customer relations
Lead platform quality assurance including screening companies, jobs, applicants and coordinating inbound clients, users and relationship requests
Implement a new customer service ticket system in close collaboration with the Customer Success-team
Optimize current operations and contribute to the upkeep and management of our CRM system
Report and analyze our KPIs and growth metrics
Maintain and curate the platform to the highest standard (fixing logos, reporting bugs, feedbacking on content to be improved)
Task and time management of freelancers
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once
A systematic, detail-oriented and user-centric mindset and eager to always go the extra mile for the users
Interest in leading taskforces and collaborate with other members of the team
Enthusiasm, ambition and motivation
Communication skills - experience with having both external and internal email conversations
Eagerness to learn new skills as required
Solution-orientation and readiness to tackle unexpected challenges
Proactivity, energy and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed
Fluency in English (both written and oral)
Bonus points for:
Good knowledge of the Nordic startup ecosystem
Previous experience with project management tools, Google Analytics or CRM systems
Experience with implementation and optimization of a new system
An interest in entrepreneurship and impact innovation
Fluency in any Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish)
A great sense of humor
