We are looking for a creative frontend web designer to help our expanding company. We are 15,000+ bicycles large, serving 1m+ customers during 2019 in 10 large and another 50 smaller cities in Europe where we believe that Every Ride Counts. We are making a great dent in the universe by growing Europeans’ bike-print. We demonstrate how bike sharing can play a major role in urban mobility.

 Committed to doing our part to help the environment and social justice we are looking for a frontend developer with an eye for creatives, UI, UX and a mindset for pushing our activities further. 

As Frontend designer at Donkey Republic you will specialize in executing  the technical landing pages for our marketing growth initiatives and testing and executing these. You will be trained in our growth mindset were we constantly experiment and develop ways to optimize our funnel. 

About the tasks:

• Create and code landing pages for our experiments

• Contributing to our growth ideas and executing some of the ideas 

• Work with the technical aspects of our website to improve conversion to app

• Analyzing the data from your tests and improve tests and content continuously 

• Be open to growing your own skills to include the growth mindset

• Working with conversion rate optimization principles and hacks to grow our business KPIs

• Be the technical wizard of the team

Skills needed:

• Deep understanding of HTML and CSS, Javascript is a plus

• A master of wordpress  

• UI/UX knowledge 

• Experience with testing and data analytics

• Some graphic know-how 

• Experience in A/B testing and tools like Mailchimp or other automation tools

• Dutch or German language skills are a big plus
