Neuroflux is growing rapidly and now we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be helping our customers in Finland and abroad to get the most out of our service.
Your job will include:
Meetings with customers, onboarding, follow-up and development.
Working as a link between our tech team and our customers to improve the quality of our service.
We are looking for:
Experience / knowhow from water industry or city infrastructure
Working proficiency Finnish and English, Swedish is a big plus
Technical knowhow
