TechBBQ is seeking highly diligent, confident candidate for the role of Curation Head. TechBBQ is Scandinavia's largest startup & innovation summit, which in 2020 will gather more than 8,000+ Danish, Nordic and International tech entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators of tomorrow. TechBBQ takes place over 2 days in the historic heart of Copenhagen creating local and global networks to drive growth for startups and scaleups.

The role of the Head of Program revolves around oversight of the activities of the program department, topic generation, as well as working with closely with the curation team in the creation of excellent two days experiences for the speakers and audiences through the content. In this role, the Head of program ensures that all the business’s narratives and message are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions that she/he formulates are aligned with the communications, marketing  and event department’s strategies.

Your day to day tasks will also include:

• Leading and managing curation team .

• Design and implement measurement systems for activities .

• Integration of strategy and analytics to department .

• Research and gathers information from key industry figures for creating invaluable topics and themes.

• Direct collaboration with communications, marketing  and event departments.

• To invite international and Danish speakers to TechBBQ 2020.

• Build and compile the entire program for the various scenes in TechBBQ.

• Communication with steering committee.

• Overview of conference program budget.

• Write reporting for the project.

• The Head of Program will also perform other duties as are necessary for the effective execution of her/his duties
