In collaboration with our CEO you'll be responsible for the growth and development of our Agency. This is an important role as you'll manage one of our 3 (2 active) business areas, taking care of;

• The daily operations including;

  • Customer and other stakeholder relationships

  • Staffing & managing employees and staff

  • Financial reporting

    
    

• The business development;

  • New business/sales

  • Recruitment/team building

  • Expansion

    
    

• Meeting goals and expectations

Who we're looking for;

We're looking for someone with the right mix of business management, creative and executional abilities. As we're a startup with ..., it's important that the person joining thrive in an environment where structure, processes, and "business as usual" are not common language.
