Internship: Luxury E-commerce

We are looking for an energetic E-commerce intern, who understands our ambition of growing the vintage luxury market. Joining our team, you'll get first hand experience with all the aspects of managing a digital high-end luxury businessand develop essential skills required to become a succesful E-commerce professional. Thi is your chance to become part of a young, dynamic and highly motivated team. Throughout your journey, you will assist with production, marketing and customer service.


YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

  • Authentication: Learn how to tell the difference between real and a fake - our Luxury Experts are the industry's best.

  • Cleaning and Rejuvenation: To ensure the items we sell are the best of the best, we carefully clean and rejuvenate each item by hand.

  • Stock Management: Physical handling of stock and working with our inventory management system.

  • Logistics: Unboxing luxury items and packing orders in alignment with company standards of excellence.

  • Client correspondence: Knowing how to communicate with luxury clients is an essential skill coveted by all luxury companies. We'll teach you how.

  • Publishing: Creating item descriptions and correctly communicating their conditions are two of our most important jobs. This is unique learning at its finest!

  • SoMe: Relying on the Creative Teams visual direction, and using state-of-the-art software, you'll help develop and post fresh and evergreen content across our well defined social media outlets.

  • SEM: Assist and develop advertisements across platforms

  • SEO: Assisting with content creation and curation.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian)

  • Organised and trustworthy: Handling high-end luxury items made from precious materials demands organisation and trust.

  • Focus: You are able to take direction and quickly put into practice what you've learned.

  • Positive, proactive attitude.

  • Outgoing personality.

  • Proficient user of Mac OS.

  • Applicable work permit for Denmark.

 

YOU'LL GET BONUS POINTS FOR

  • Previous experience working with inventory management.

  • Luxury retail experience.

  • Customer Service experience - worked in a hotel or a restaurant? Great!

  • Previous E-commerce experience.

  • Positive Go Get 'em attitude.

  • International experience - we’re an international team and love to learn about other cultures.

  • 2-6 months - Maybe longer?
