Role

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Financial Controller to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for improving our financial reporting and supporting our leadership-team with relevant financial analysis. Overall, you will work to improve our business through cost-effectiveness, sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and analysis

• Daily budget consolidation

• Cash flow management

• Continuous reconciliation of daily bookkeeping incl. Balance sheet

• Preparation of payroll together with the HR Manager

• Overview of debtors, DSO, dunning-process together with the CSO and Sales Team

• VAT reporting 

• Statement and accrual of the company's turnover

• Inventory of stock together with Head of Production

• Monthly management reporting and Board reporting 

• Preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts

• Participating in implementation of critical financial solutions such as ERP system, BI, etc

Job Qualifications

• BA or Masters in Finance and/or Accounting

• 3+ years in a financial controller role 

• Proven experience in management and board reporting

• Familiarity with business functions related to Finance, IT, compliance

• Skilled in data analytics and reporting

• Strong with numbers and financial planning

• Analytical mind

• Strong communication and stakeholder skills incl. ability to put forward relevant findings

• Experience with implementing IT systems is a plus

• Self-driven with an ability to identify and solve relevant tasks independently

You will be reporting to the CFO and also solve tasks for the CEO and others in the leadership-team. Deadline for applications January 10, 2020.
