Thanks to our fast growing revenue stream of currently +1M € monthly recurring revenue with double digit monthly growth rates - we're now looking for another new sharp paid marketing specialist to help us continue our growth in Denmark, Sweden, and UK.
Why do we need you? Lenus partners with coaches from various niches in the health and fitness industry. Attracting clients depends on the target segment; however, a common denominator is the use of social media channels. The social media channels are utilized for lead generation which funnel through landing pages and lead forms created by Lenus. The vast amount of client leads are attracted through the use of channels like Instagram and Facebook where both organic and paid content is guided, created, managed and monitored by the marketing team. The generated leads are then converted into clients by our coaches themselves or inhouse telemarketing department.
Who are you? We are seeking a talented, dedicated and analytical individual who is experienced in creating paid advertising campaigns in the Facebook Business Manager.
For this position, we're looking for an UK native speaker, as our chosen candidate will be writing ad copy in English for coaches from the UK.
The role will include collaborating with our existing Social Media and Digital Marketing team to manage our coaches' campaigns and strategies. As Lenus is the one taking care of all aspects of paid advertising, you will also be a part of an evolving team, where our services can expand to include more than just Facebook and Instagram advertising, for instance buying ads on YouTube and LinkedIn.
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you must have a proven track record of managing paid Facebook campaigns, which deliver 'beyond expectation results' and of course drive positive ROI. You will handle multiple coaches, each spending thousands of pounds per month on paid advertising.
Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve our clients’ goals
Analyze performance data to ensure profitability
Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within social media advertising
Effectively communicate wins, identify trends, and proactively offer suggestions on campaign improvement
Create detailed reports from Google Analytics and media platforms and translate that data into qualitative findings
Work collaboratively with the marketing team as well as our key account managers to set proper coach expectations
Qualifications:
Experience in planning, buying and executing of advertising campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
Strong direct response copywriting skills: Ability to write compelling and effective copy that delivers results
Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize paid campaigns and reduce cost per acquisition
Proficiency with Google Analytics
Experience with YouTube ads is a plus
