About the job

There is a big interest in our product and we are looking for an experienced project manager to drive and lead project management for multiple projects within hard- and software. Our new Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and tracking that our projects are on time and within scope.

Your primary tasks will be to 

• Work together with management to help teams deliver on agreed deadlines

• Ensure assigned responsibilities are visible, understood and accepted

• Monitor and summarize progress of the projects

You are a structured and self-propelling team player with a great ability to keep a high pace and motivate yourself, even though you don't always have a colleague around. You will develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and to ensure resource availability and allocation. Furthermore you should be able to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Preferred qualifications

You will become a key person in our engineering projects, and we expect the following qualifications

• Proven working experience (at least 5 years) in project management 

• You are great with people and enjoy working in teams  alongside being experienced in driving for results in a project environment

• As a person, you are structured and ideally have experience with professional project management tools

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus but not a must
