Knowledge Gate Group schedules micro-consultations that allow companies to utilize the very best of expert knowledge. We are looking for an intern to join our operations team.

The Role

As a Project Analyst Intern you will focus on helping the Sourcing Team, find, screen, and prepare experts for any live vacancies that comes through our sales team. This role requires a high level of collaboration as well as a creative mindset to find the experts we look for on a day-to-day basis.

About You:

• Fluency in English. Additional fluency in Danish or other European language a plus

• Previous experience within recruitment as well as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter are an added plus, but not a requirement.

• Analytical mindset

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

• Ability to think “Outside-the-Box”

• A great communicator

We are a small and tight team of 4 that will likely double in the next month or so. Maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere is of upmost importance to us. We are a team that works hard together during the day, but also loves to joke and go out for the occasional drinks after work.

Compensation

This role as intern is initially unpaid. With the right candidate fit, there will be a paid role available.
