Your role will mainly cover 3 missions: Business Development, Recruitment, and Management. Let's get started! 🧐

1. “What do you mean by Business Development”?

   This first mission is about identifying new opportunities and develop partnerships/collaborations with potential clients across different sectors. In other words, market research, attracting new customers and defining commercial and business strategies will be your tasks.

   
   

2. Now you are thinking, “Hmm okay, sounds good. But what about Recruitment?

   We always aim to deliver quality, so you need to find the best talents that can deliver quality for our clients.

   
   

3. “Alright, I like where this is going. What is the third mission, Management?

   In collaboration with your consultants, you will get the chance to manage and guide them through their carriers with us.

In general, as a true entrepreneur, you will be responsible for developing your client network, constantly identify new business opportunities and be responsible for the recruitment of new consultants and for the management of them. You are our customers’ main contact and you are continually developing new opportunities by defining a strategy, and by defending proposed projects. Once your growth objectives have been achieved, you will coach a Junior Manager, passing our values and work methods.

So far so good! Now, you are probably saying, “Hey all this sounds fun actually, but what do I need to have for this amazing position?" – Good question!

• You have to be fluent in Danish and English, and you (preferably) have experience in IT.

• We always want to have a “people-person” in our team. This means that you need to be motivated, proactive, ambitious, independent, responsible, thorough and results-oriented.

• However, there are two skills that will make a difference in this business, which are great listening skills 👂, and the capacity to convince🤝.

• Therefore, you need to have excellent personal contact, demonstrate lots of energy and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Of course, you should also have initial work experience whether its internship, apprenticeship or something third.

• Good communication skills, strong capacity to generate contacts and identify business opportunities and the ability to work independently.

• Most importantly, your dynamism, relational ease, and your results-oriented approach are your assets to succeed in agap2IT.
