Airtame is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager leading application experience, you will be working within a team of developers and designers that delivers solutions to more than a quarter of a million of our users. Your responsibility will be to translate user feedback and product analytics into digestible problems, and to execute the best solutions. Beyond that, you will be playing a key role in making Airtame an intelligent part of collaborative team spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful launch of everything the team ships, which means being accountable for the quality of the solution and the impact that it has on both customers and the business

• Own and drive the process of defining and scoping feature requests, product ideas, or user pains into prioritized tasks ready for implementation

• Prioritize new features, bug fixes, and technical debt together with the QA and Engineering

• Assist the Engineering and Design peers with the planning and the execution of their development sprints

• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders like sales, marketing & customer success to align the organization about the why and what your team is building

• Set the go-to-market strategy

• Prioritize and conduct user research together with designers and our user research team

• Work closely with Director of Product, Core experience to prioritize the long term roadmap, research investments and set product direction

Requirements

• Experience working with agile methodologies and backlog management, either as PM or in close collaboration with PMs

• Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Analytical and well organized when working with the continuously changing knowledge around our product/features

• Design and UX understanding

• Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly, internally as well as externally
