Customer Success Internship

Are you Worksome’s next sourcing and talent specialist intern and are you ready to join a fast growing Danish startup trying to disrupt the traditional labor market? In order to support companies and freelancers on a daily basis we need a customer centric and service minded intern to help us build a strong freelance base in existing and new markets.

Your tasks include the following:

• At it's core your role is to make sure we have freelancers for every job posted on Worksome.

• Talent sourcing at scale on behalf of Worksome's clients

• You'll be helping freelancers create the best possible profile on Worksome

• Close collaboration with the development team on continuously improving the platform

• Work with and contribute to new business development activities

• Also keep in mind that Worksome is still a startup and there’s plenty of room for taking on tasks that pop up over time. The general mantra we work under is ‘it’s never not your job’.

Skills/passions:

• You are interested in the HR and recruiting

• You know the basics of recruiting and sourcing: channels, regulations, competitors, etc.

• New business models, platform economy, exponential technologies

Your profile/background:

• Preferably, you are studying a relevant program at DTU, CBS, KU, IT-uni, KEA, CPH Business or similar - however most importantly you are passionate and eager to learn new stuff!

• You speak and write english and danish

• Experience with Intercom is a plus but not a must

• Happy to be on the phone with clients

• Relevant resume with interesting jobs, projects and results

• Service-minded and a team-player
