Customer Success Internship

Are you Worksome’s next Customer Success intern and are you ready to join a fast growing Danish startup trying to disrupt the traditional labor market? In order to support companies and freelancers on a daily basis we need a customer centric and service minded intern to help take care of day to day service queries via email, chat and phone. Worksome is a start up and you'll have the chance to play a key role in decisions regarding process improvements across customer success.

Your tasks include the following:

• First and foremost your job will be to deliver product support for our clients on a day to day basis. We support our clients through e-mail, phone calls and chat.

• Hand-holding freelancers and companies in order to ensure the best experience possible

• Close collaboration with the development team on continuously improving the platform

• Work with and contribute to new business development activities

• Also keep in mind that Worksome is still a startup and there’s plenty of room for taking on tasks that pop up over time. The general mantra we work under is ‘it’s never not your job’.

Skills/passions:

• You're passionate about delivering brilliant service

• Customer experience and customer service

• New business models, platform economy, exponential technologies

Your profile/background:

• Preferably, you are studying a relevant program at DTU, CBS, KU, IT-uni, KEA, CPH Business or similar - however most importantly you are passionate and eager to learn new stuff!

• You speak and write english and danish

• Experience with Intercom is a plus but not a must

• Happy to be on the phone with clients

• Relevant resume with interesting jobs, projects and results

• Service-minded and a team-player
