...within the first 2 weeks, you will:
Absorb a ton of information about the product, our customers and the company in general. The overall purpose is to ensure that you develop an understanding of the traditional sales process, our customer journey and how our product creates value for our clients
Meet your new colleagues and managers. We want to ensure that you feel like an essential part of the team, which is why you will engage in on-boarding modules with both managers and colleagues
Learn about the different technologies which we use in our daily work processes to ensure high performance across the organisation

...within the first month, you will:
Understand and participate in different parts of the sales process. We expect you will have the ability to reach out to potential clients in a professional and knowledgeable way.
Observe other sales representatives on sales meetings for you to gain an even better understanding of our clients
Start jumping on the phone and email for you to engage in quality conversations with potential new customers, where you’re able to methodically create awareness about the product and the value offerings that Talenthub presents for their clients.
Start building your own pipeline of sales meetings.

...within the second month, you will:
Have a regular routine for your tasks and be able to manage your own schedule, tasks and responsibilities
Start booking and confirm sales meetings weekly
Take increasingly control of the sales meetings that you are participating in
Act as an expert in the Talenhub product value offerings and know the business processes
Work on your own marketing, product development or sales project in order for Talenthub to improve the current work processes, product value or another area in which you have been able to identify a need for action. This is where you can begin to unfold your creativity and create valuable insights for the company

...within the third month, you will:
Be completely self-sufficient on the sales meetings that you participate in
Start signing your first clients and increase your weekly number of bookings
Present the results of your business development project for your manager and colleagues.
Be able to participate positively and constructively in discussions about the product, sales processes etc.
After a successful internship, we hope that both of us see a high potential of continuing the collaboration with you in a full-time role as a key member of our team.
