Simply tag your profile with keyword interests, values, and experiences and see overlapping interests with everyone in your area or run keyword searches to find panions nearby.
We are looking for someone to oversee all things related to product and development. From working with designers and understanding the latest feature designs to mapping out a plan for developers and evaluating our process both holistically and on a micro-level. We need YOU to get our product out into the world in perfect condition and to help us maintain an overview on our stats and development.
Some of your tasks will include:
Improving current features and overseeing new feature developments.
Quality testing and troubleshooting.
Monitoring the performance and quality of our developers and their work.
Release planning and coordinating tasks for the design and development teams.
Analyze and report our weekly stats to the team to help us maintain an overview on our growth.
Maintaining and updating our database of written content throughout the app.
You should:
Be a great communicator with experience coordinating between teams, setting realistic expectations, and communicating updates to necessary parties as tasks change.
Have experience with release planning and managing priorities for multiple teams.
Be highly organized and able to maintain a high-level overview of the tasks at hand, while also being detail-oriented.
Believe in testing, testing, and more testing.
Be someone who ALWAYS takes initiative, problem solves independently, and learns from doing.
Be operational, in other words, you don't just strategize but know how to execute!
Be able to handle deadlines and stressful situations. This is a startup! You should be fast on your toes and able to improvise when life throws you a curveball.
Have a history of leading projects and being accountable for taking tasks above and beyond.

Be interested and/or experienced in taking leadership in a team.
Speak and write fluent English, other languages are a plus but not required.

Necessary skills:
An overall knowledge of both Android and iOS eco-systems.
An understanding of Apple and Android design principles and interface guidelines.
Familiarity with the relationship between frontend and backend development in app development.
Knowledge of UI/UX standards.
Experience with scrum and task delegation.
