As Head of Sales, you will lead a diverse, talented and passionate team of two sales people and two phoners. Being the first face our new customers meet, together with the team, you will - with diligence, joy and drive - spark excitement in potential new customers about our lunch offerings and our mission.

Having in-depth knowledge and experience in the lunch or food market (or having a keen interest to learn)
Can with confidence present the targets and achievements to the board on a regular basis
Living, or having a sincere wish to live, a healthy and balanced life, physically, emotionally and mentally
Optimistic, joyful, and an excellent team player
Responsible, accountable, results-oriented and good at working independently
Able to demonstrate impressive results having gained minimum 5 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Proficient in Danish and English
