In LeadFamly, we are changing the way brand owners interact with their customers through gamification. In 2016, we launched our software platform enabling customers to build advanced and engaging digital campaigns that create memorable experiences with their target audiences. We are on a growth journey and are currently collaborating with 400+ of Europe’s largest companies, such as Danfoss, Grundfos, Arla, and many more. We are headquartered in Aarhus with offices in London, Helsinki, Berlin, and Amsterdam, with more offices to come.

 

About the position

We are looking for a creative and experienced Event Marketing Manager, responsible for the planning, development and execution of our physical and virtual events. You will have experience driving event strategy that builds brand momentum, lead generation and engagement. This is a great opportunity to help grow LeadFamly’s event program, taking our marketing event strategy to the next level.

As the Event Marketing Manager you will work collaboratively with our regional Sales and Customer Success teams to provide valuable event experiences for both existing and prospective customers. If you are an expert B2B event marketer who is data-driven and navigate easily between projects, then this might just be the right role for you!

Our ideal candidate comes with a few years of experience working in B2B event marketing for a SaaS company, has a solid understanding of the lead lifecycle and has previously worked with partners and customers to create engaging event experiences.

 

Your responsibilities will be to

  • Source, plan, manage and execute company events, including seminars, masterclasses, webinars, third-party trade shows and other speaking opportunities together with our regional sales teams

  • Own the virtual event strategy (live webinars, podcasts) to generate new quality leads through informative and educational content

  • Together with our regional sales management, explore and plan new event opportunities for our respective focus markets (UK, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany)

  • Provide ROI projections and report on pipeline value development from event investments

 

Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years experience in event marketing from a SaaS or B2B company

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing for software products

  • Experience managing marketing events in the UK, Nordics and Benelux

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot a plus)

  • Ability to manage and execute multiple event projects across different regions

  • Ability to build close working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Experience negotiating event investments with potential and existing event partners
