TechBBQ, The biggest startup and Innovation summit in Scandanavia is looking for an independent yet passionate Finance Manager, As a finance manager, you will be supporting our business and managing all internal and external projects.

Your role will include

• You will be responsible for the day‐to‐day financial activities,everything from the start to the finish line, including book-keeping, accounts payable, accounts receivables.

• Tax reporting and adherence to financial regulations.

• Maintain the financial health of the organization.

• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.

• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

• You’ll also be preparing the month‐ and year end reports, manage expense reports, reconcile payments, Engage in revenue recognition, do royalty payouts and much more.

About you:

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst/manager.

• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.

• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

• You have a positive and can‐do attitude.

• You are service‐minded and a multi tasker.

• You believe in data driven decision making and have the analytical skill‐set to analyze data on a daily basis and choose your path based on insights.
