The Superb story
We started in a small room in Frederiksberg in 2017, building software to help high-end restaurants avoid no-shows and work with data through reservations. Within twelve months, we grew from a few customers in Denmark to serving restaurants in over 28 countries, including the world's most number one restaurant by the World’s 50 Best List: Osteria Francescana. We knew that restaurants wanted more insights about their guests and business performance, but their current systems did not allow them as they were fragmented and outdated. We decided to build the first all-in-one platform to run a restaurant, to make restaurant people run better businesses. In 2018, we got backed by the biggest venture capital firm in Denmark to perfect our Guest Experience Management (GXM) platform and make it ready for an international scale.
Our headquarter is in the centre of Copenhagen, filled with 20+ amazing people with backgrounds from Uber, Joe & Juice and Red Bull, joined together to help built the Superb brand and spread the Guest Experience Management category to restaurants across to the world.

Who we need
We are seeking a community manager to join our content team to help us grow our community and help us successfully reach our goal of changing the way restaurants work. You will be working in close collaboration with our Head Brand & Communications, and your primary task will be to engage with our community daily across all our social media platforms.
Who you are
You love social media and especially Instagram. You know how to communicate and engage on various social media platforms and love spreading good vibes online. Ideally, you are great with words and have some degree of experience within the field of both social media and copywriting. Becoming part of our passionate content team, you will learn how to execute and develop a creative communication strategy.
What you'll be doing
Manage and plan our social media content calendar - for every week.
Engage with our community daily across our SoMe channels - Mainly on Instagram.
Proofread, edit and finalize articles featuring stories from our worldwide community.
Identify and engage with potential restaurants, influencers and opinion leaders on Instagram.
Communicate with our community across various social media platform.
