GamerzClass is a fast-growing content and tech company who produces educational Masterclasses within esports. We allow users to learn from the worlds best using on-demand video material, gamification, and data-driven progress tracker, in one of the fastest-growing industries. Despite only being in the market for less than a year, we already have paying customers in more than +120 countries worldwide and strong partnerships with leading stakeholders in the industry.
There is a big global interest for our product, and to supercharge the potential we are now hiring a Account Manager who will be in charge of driving B2B sales.
Your primary tasks will be to grow our market; nationally as much as internationally.
With focused growth through key markets and global sales, your tasks would be to lead the sales team to reach these targets.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead the sales team and know how to attract and develop our talents.
Furthermore it is important that you can accelerate our Inside Sales growth by building and driving forecasts and pipelines so that the sales team reach the KPIs .
Preferred qualifications
You will become a key person in our future growth, and we expect the following qualifications.
At least 3- 5 years of experience with Inside Sales and Account Management
Experience in leading a sales team with different backgrounds
You are a people person that understands what drives your employee to perform
As a sales person you have been a high-performance result driven person that always reached or exceed your targets. As a Sales Manager you can transform your passed individual success's into a motivational team leader that can coach and support your team members in whatever challenges they have.
You are used to work with a CRM system and you believe that structure is the key for even greater performance by your team members
You have great communication skills (both written and spoken) in Danish and English.
You are a team player and create results via your team and stakeholders
Experience with sales coaching where all deals, including international deals, are closed over the phone
Interest in and knowledge about esport is a must!
