Our startup is growing rapidly and we need reinforcements to be able to launch our product all around Europe. We need you to build a more effective and efficient API and Backend infrastructure for our software.

Why we want you?

We are a team of data science and computer vision experts. Currently we lack of having a professional who is able to build a stable and efficient backend infrastructure for our product and also to develop other cool stuff with our WebApp and further products which we are creating.

What we expect from you?

Overall we are very open to listen to what you have done in the past. Furthermore, we see it as our mission to make it possible for you to continuously learn as well and develop your skills to much greater levels.

However, we expect these basic skills to make that happen:

• Experience with a Python web framework

• Extensive Linux skills

• Experience with Google Cloud or AWS

• You have worked with various technologies, frameworks and languages. Eg. Javascript, SQL, NoSql, GIT and NodeJS

• Experience Kubernetes

• You are able to act individually as well as work closely with team members

• You have an opinion and are not afraid to express it to us

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Machine Learning

• Experience with Web Development

Examples of your future tasks:

• Manage our GCP setup

• Further develop our API and solve our balancing issues to make sure we can handle many requests

• Migrate our API to Kubernetes

• Analyze and optimize our traffic

In exchange for all this we offer possibilities to take ownership in our current and future plans and also to develop yourself to a further level. We believe work should be enjoyable and challenging at the same time, we would like to give you that attitude. Your opinion always matters to us and we are ready to have a discussion about matters or ideas.

This is a part-time job, we expect you to work around 10-15 hours per week, possibly even more if you would like to. For now it would be a home office work, but after new year's we are probably going to have an office.
