The opportunity
In this position you will join a startup in an exciting growth phase, where you will have direct and tangible influence on the development of our internal and external products. It will be your responsibility to ensure our product development is supported by qualitative and quantitative data from our users, in close collaboration with the Director of Product Intelligence.
As a UX Researcher at Cobiro you will ensure that the organisation understands and learns from the insights you deliver.
We are looking for a talented UX Researcher who can read between the lines when our users describe their marketing needs, who understands marketing and is able to extract, analyse, codify and communicate such insights to the rest of our organisation. You thrive in the cross-section of research and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
You will be directly involved with our users, gathering qualitative data offline and online, monitoring online preferences, analysing empirical data and advocating user issues across the organisation. The team leads ambitious projects, interacts regularly with leadership, tech, finance, and marketing teams, and develops key strategic frameworks and models for all business areas. You will drive and develop research and analysis activities related to user behaviour, product perception, product performance, condensing the empirical research into actionable insights.
Your tasks:
Manage and conduct user research which will later be included in the process of proposing, wire-framing, and implementing UX improvements
Research client personas and behaviour
Work with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing
Participate in recruitment activities for user research
Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods
Internal communication of insights and learnings
Your Knowledge and Skills:
You have at least 2 years of experience as a UX Research Specialist or similar role. If you have experience with web data and user tracking it will be considered a plus.
We would like to speak to candidates who have the following strengths:
Experience with conducting user research and qualitative and user-centered design methodologies
Analytical thinker and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of UI design
Strong English skills, Danish is a plus
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioural analysis and statistics
