Tasks and responsibilities

• Own the design process from ideation and prototyping to the overall user experience and actual interface design

• Convert user needs and feedback into user flows, prototypes, sketches, wireframes, and requirements for developers

• Focus on improving existing products, adding new features and solving new problems

• Engage with our customers to understand their pain points and work towards long-term fixes that enables them to succeed with their goals

• Lead efforts to gather user needs to guide visual and functional design

• Be part or an agile team and work closely to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience

• You have experience owning the full cycle of the product design process

• You have a critical mind to product development. Not only design, but how products, features and UX supports our business goals

• You’re an excellent communicator of your designs and your rationale behind your ideas

• You have experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX and design systems
