Lenus is a fast growing B2B company providing intelligent software solutions to some of the most prominent fitness coaches and other health professionals around the world. Thanks to our fast growing revenue stream of currently +3M € monthly recurring revenue with double digit monthly growth rates - we're now looking for a new sharp and driven Key Account Managers in the following offices; Copenhagen, Aalborg, Stockholm and London. This job post is for the danish offices: Copenhagen and Aalborg.


Do you have flair for business development, and are you skilled at building, and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships? Are you tempted by the opportunity to be responsible for a portfolio of leading European fitness personas and brands? If so, you might become Lenus' next Key Account Manager in the Danish Market - Speaking Danish fluently is a must.


As Key Account Manager at Lenus you will:

  • Become a key figure in Lenus - you will be in the very frontier of our business development and growth initiatives.

  • Be responsible of a portfolio of existing partners of prominent fitness & health brands.

  • Be responsible for the entire sales pipeline in an unbureaucratic market characterized by a short path to the decision maker.

  • Identify new partners and provide continuous strategic consulting to existing partners.

  • Take active part in the iterative business development process by providing key insights from the close dialog with our partners.

  • Work closely with other Key Account Managers as well as our CEO, with whom you will have a close and frequent dialogue.


Expectations to you:

We expect you to be proactive, flexible and independent. You thrive in a busy and changing everyday work setting with occasional business travels. You are cool headed and are able to quickly shift from concrete negotiations to long-term growth initiatives. You are social and skilled at building lasting relationships based on trust. Additionally, we expect you to:

  • Have experience with business development and/or B2B sales.

  • Have an academic background in business/economics/administration/or the like.

  • Be a great communicator.

  • It’s a plus if you have experience with online sales & marketing - especially SoMe.

  • It’s a plus if you have an interest in or experience from the fitness industry.

  • Have extraordinary drive and an ambition to be part of a hard working and dedicated team.

Salary:

The salary reflects the requirements to you and your flexibility.

  • A base salary + bonus directly based on the performance of your portfolio.

  • Expected monthly target salary after 1 year: +55.000 DKK (no loft)
