Falcon.io provides a unified SaaS platform for social media listening, advertising, engaging, publishing and managing customer data. We enable our clients to explore the full potential of digital marketing by managing multiple customer touch points from one platform. Our platform has already achieved great international traction in the market, with its technology endorsed by partnerships with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

We are looking for a student, graduate or young professional who is available 15-25 hours per week and is eager to grasp the ins and outs of payroll processing and accounting, HR and ERP system administration, as well as Compensation & Benefits administration for an international tech company. During your internship you will be working directly with the Compensation & Benefits Accountant and Compensation & Benefits Coordinator.

You can expect mentorship, learning and direct experience in every aspect of compensation & benefits handling, within a structured 5-6 month program.

What you'll learn:

• Danish, German and US labor law regulations

• Employee administration in our HRIS system – Bamboo and ERP system – NetSuite

• How to create internal policies

• Researching and benchmarking with other companies on global labor market

• The steps involved in building strong employer-employee relations, such as on-boarding and off-boarding processes

• How to handle ad hoc Compensation & Benefits tasks

• How to implement team projects in an international business context

The ideal candidate is:

• Curious about payroll, HR admin and/or finance

• Proactive

• Attentive to details

• A really good communicator

• A team player

• An experienced Excel user

• Danish language skills will be an additional plus
