24Slides is one of the world's largest presentation design companies. From Fortune 500 to Solopreneurs – our designs let you present with confidence. We are a multicultural team with Head office in Copenhagen (Nørrebro), two design offices in Indonesia and Peru, and a development team in Ukraine.

We are looking for a person that can help us manage and optimize our multinational operations at 24Slides. If you are good with numbers, like structure in your work, and enjoy working with different cultures, then this job might be the perfect challenge for you.

Although you will work from our HQ in Denmark where we are currently 7 people, you will mostly communicate with 3 key people across Indonesia and Peru who each have important roles in our operations. You should expect to visit Indonesia and Peru 3-4 times per year depending on how long you want to stay each time.

Examples of tasks and responsibilities:

• Report on ratings from customers for each of our design teams

• Analyze customer feedback and communication with our support department

• Weekly calls with the team in Indonesia

• Calculate our utilization of resources and create a forecast

• Internal administrative tasks related to starting up new contract customers

• Help fix customer issues / challenges from our biggest clients
