Mission

As a Product Manager, you will directly own a product and work with a squad team to identify and solve pain points by talking to architects, contractors, subcontractors.

We will encourage you to join the CPO forum to create the product strategy and execute it using the flexible Now/Next/Later approach we follow in product development.

To have the biggest impact you’ll actively collaborate with sales, marketing and support departments and perform Qual’ and Quant’ analysis.

Profile

To be successful at LetsBuild, you need to master the following qualifications:

• You have a first working experience with product teams (developers) in the development of new software (product management experience).

• You are fluent in English (any other main European language is an asset).

• You are passionate about end-user needs and experience.

• You have project management skills with the ability to collaborate within a team of engineers, sales representatives and managers.

• You are an expert in communication with strong decision-making skills.

• You have the ability to go from data to information leading to conclusions and actions using analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics.

• Any experience in construction processes (e.g., planning, snagging, QHSE) or construction tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Bimcollab, Dalux, Plangrid) is an asset.
