What's the Role?
As part of our fast growth, we're looking for a customer success manager (CSM) for our newly created function to ensure leading global beauty brands and retailers are successful in partnering with Revieve in personalizing the beauty customer-experience.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is highly competent and efficient in international customer-facing communication, both in-person and remote and has experience working with corporate-level customers. In addition, we'd like you to be fluent in tools like Google Analytics in helping customers understand how they could improve the already impressive business results our customers are seeing. Since we're working with sophisticated technology, you also need to be able to convey the technological aspects of our offering to customers in a commercial-fashion.

Whilst the position is located in our HQ in downtown Helsinki, many of our customers are not here. Frequent visits to customers around the world as well as daily-communication (sometimes not isolated to 9 to 5) may be required (here's where the aforementioned flexibility kicks in).
