Monsido is a global, fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Copenhagen. We are looking for a search marketing specialist to take responsibility for digital campaigns, as well as assist in overall SEO duties. The position will help drive marketing-generated revenue and overall growth for the company. This job requires a strong growth-hacking mentality in order to help us meet our ambitious goals for 2019/2020. You will join four motivated, talented colleagues in this new position in our team.
Sales Director - European market
Do to our extensive growth in the US and Australian market, we believe that now is the right time for us to develop the European market. In order for us to do so, we are in need of the right profile to build a sales department and start reaching out to relevant markets in Europe, working from our Danish HQ in Ballerup.
We will make sure that you are prepared properly and get training in our product, marketing processes, ways of selling and get to meet clients with our Australien Sales Director etc., before you start building our Danish sales department.
We have a pretty solid plan for you, and our expectations for your journey at Monsido, will look something like this:
Analyse different markets and verticals and create a plan to launch into each
Build and manage a sales department with a mix of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
Build and manage a customer success team
Work across different timezones to work with other sales directors in US and Australia
Coach and train your team to achieve sales and conversion numbers
Build forecasts and yearly plans and execute on them
Continue to feed back and work with our development team to grow the platform based on client requirements
Things we believe are meaningful for this role:
You might have a slightly different background, but at the moment we picture the ideal candidate having experience growing a sales department in another SaaS company, showing good results and not being afraid to get your hands dirty - at least not to begin with, since you will be the only one in sales at that point.

You have a track record of success managing to a forecast, pipeline and consistent achievement of KPIs
You have the ability to work in a cross-functional matrixed organisation with ease, leadership, peers and subordinates
You have strong negotiation skills
You show clear and concise written communication skills (emails, proposals, etc.), showing mastery of material, concepts and the ability to articulate the key point(s) without ambiguity
You have experience in tech, ideally SaaS, sales environment where you and your team have consistently exceeded expectations
