Customer Experience Manager - Remote Italy

Superb is a fast-growing startup from Copenhagen, Scandinavia and we are now looking to build presence in different markets around Europe. Our team is dedicated to ensuring we help the world's best restaurants use our GXM platform to deliver the best experience possible to their guests. We are looking for a native italian speaker based in Italy and who has experience in working remote.


Superb is the proud creators of Guest Experience Management or GXM, an all-in-one platform for restaurants to be in control of their guest experience from every touch point the guest has with them. Our customers are the worlds best restaurants which now count over 100 cities and 30 countries all over the world.

You will be the face and voice of Superb in Southern Europe and will be working remote from Italy. You will be reporting directly to the CEO, and be working closely with our entire Customer Experience team to proactively engage and inspire our customers to do a superb guest experience in Italy, Portugal and Spain, ensuring high customer satisfaction, high product adoption and helping them expand their use of our platform.

You are curious about tech, the art of gastronomy, digital and enjoy spending hours troubleshooting, testing and solving different levels of complex issues. You also enjoy and excel at explaining technical issues through 1-to-1 contact and have a patient and empathic mindset. You are willing to learn quickly and you think the internet is pretty cool!

Experience from a similar role with customer support/care/service preferably in a techy environment is a plus, but the most important thing is that you enjoy providing and facilitating a great customer experience and service. We are a global company with presence across all time zones so work hours are flexible and we also expect you to be able to work some odd hours in the evening.
