The opportunity
In this position you will join a startup in an interesting phase of growth, where you will have direct and tangible influence on our product. You will shape the roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Director and the other Product Managers. It will be you who lead the ideation, technical development and launch of new features related to Facebook Ads.
As a Digital Product Manager you will work closely with your own dedicated team of backend and frontend developers, who will help you scale our offering of supported ad formats and features across the entire Facebook advertising platform. If you have an understanding, a background, or strong interest in IT / Development, you will feel right at home. Furthermore, you will collaborate a lot with our AI team on building our Facebook Ads optimisation engine and from time to time feed them with new user stories which could be optimised through the use of machine learning.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for guiding the success of our Facebook Ads product and steer the team towards reaching company objectives. You will work with continuous optimisation of user journey, and have the responsibility of epics, stories, and documentation for product development.
In daily life, you will be working closely with development, product intelligence, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to collect and prioritize product inputs.
You will be conducting research to understand how and why customers use our Facebook Ads product in order to identify new opportunities for us to add value. You will be keeping an eye on the competition and always be up-to-date about new feature releases from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Your Knowledge and Skills:
We imagine you could for example be an experienced Product Manager, Product Owner, a metrics-driven UX/UI Designer, or Growth Hacker who understands technology and online advertising. You should have the following skills:
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience building digital products through close collaboration with developers
Effective communication of user experience data, design proposals and product specifications at management levels
Balance research-driven, quantitatively supported planning with strong intuition and quick decision-making
Solid understanding of Facebook advertising or online marketing in general
