Do you want to take part in disrupting and changing a whole industry sector by making user-centered designs? We have launched Sweden's first digital grain trading platform - through Skira farmers can now for the first time trade grains and agricultural commodities on an open, secure and sustainable platform. We need you, UX/UI-person, to join the team and let every farmer have the best user experience at Skira and make them understand how we'll help them to change the world!

-You will-

• Design and prototype user experiences across digital interfaces as well as making sure they get implemented

• You’ll drive projects big and small from start to finish - sketching, mapping out user journeys and creating visual mockups for a responsive website.

• Identifying main user insights and opportunity spaces, and transform these into concepts and designs ready for implementation

• Work on your 80/20 approach constantly, evaluating perfection and good enough

• You’ll work collaboratively with the product owner, head of growth and the development team; including them in your design process, brainstorming together, listening to their feedback, and supporting them as they implement your designs.

• You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s product roadmap, identifying ways to improve the site and contributing to ideas.

• Are a self-driven starter and problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life.

• Have a good understanding of UX design process and responsive web design, am familiar with design research techniques and proficient in relevant design tools for both designing and prototyping.

• Can be an advocate for the user perspective, always putting the user at the center of your process.

• Am someone with a ‘Skira-emphatic-let's-do-this’ attitude, who from the ground-up believes that we’ll grow stronger together.

• Are able to articulate and explain your ideas, as well as listen to and give feedback.

• Are fluent in English and maybe one Scandinavian language.
