We are seeking Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers and Architects, to play a key role in growing our RPA team in Denmark.

We are looking for multiple candidates with various seniority levels:

• 3-5 RPA developers

• 2-3 Lead RPA architects

The ideal candidates should have:

• Taken part in the full project lifecycle within RPA and will thrive as part of a team that values innovation and truly engages with their clients’ needs to create exceptional solutions.

• Hands-on experience of delivering RPA Solutions with UiPath

• The ability to work closely with the team to understand needs and expectations and to be able to deliver technical solutions

• Necessary certifications from UiPath

We expect the candidates to:

• Design, develop and document software for mobile robots

• Analyze and resolve incoming issues

• Testing of software functionality in simulation and on live robots

• Add new features and maintain existing functionality

And for senior candidates to:

• Own the RPA COE operating model for the delivery of high quality and consistent automated processes in line with operational requirements;

• Drive greater understanding of the roles and services provided by the RPA capability through product demonstrations, operating model presentations and demand generation workshops;

• Evaluate and validating candidate processes against the business strategy and suitability for automation;

• Prioritize process pipeline to deliver automation in a cost-effective manner and against business requirements;

• Have operational accountability for the delivery of automated processes according to agreed timescales;

• Have accountability for service management in line with operational KPIs;

• Be responsible for tracking and reporting of performance and benefits to all stakeholders;

• Manage resistance, including both business and technical challenges;

• Be accountable for delivering performance and continuous improvement;

• Manage the relationship with IT to deliver a stable and scalable technology platform that is fit for purpose;

• Engage with business and IT change management teams to proactively manage operational and system changes to maintain COE service delivery;

• Manage internal and external escalation points for operations, IT and third parties
