We are seeking Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers and Architects, to play a key role in growing our RPA team in Denmark.
We are looking for multiple candidates with various seniority levels:
3-5 RPA developers
2-3 Lead RPA architects

Taken part in the full project lifecycle within RPA and will thrive as part of a team that values innovation and truly engages with their clients’ needs to create exceptional solutions.
Hands-on experience of delivering RPA Solutions with UiPath
The ability to work closely with the team to understand needs and expectations and to be able to deliver technical solutions
Necessary certifications from UiPath
We expect the candidates to:
Design, develop and document software for mobile robots
Analyze and resolve incoming issues
Testing of software functionality in simulation and on live robots
Add new features and maintain existing functionality
And for senior candidates to:
Own the RPA COE operating model for the delivery of high quality and consistent automated processes in line with operational requirements;
Drive greater understanding of the roles and services provided by the RPA capability through product demonstrations, operating model presentations and demand generation workshops;
Evaluate and validating candidate processes against the business strategy and suitability for automation;
Prioritize process pipeline to deliver automation in a cost-effective manner and against business requirements;
Have operational accountability for the delivery of automated processes according to agreed timescales;
Have accountability for service management in line with operational KPIs;
Be responsible for tracking and reporting of performance and benefits to all stakeholders;
Manage resistance, including both business and technical challenges;
Be accountable for delivering performance and continuous improvement;
Manage the relationship with IT to deliver a stable and scalable technology platform that is fit for purpose;
Engage with business and IT change management teams to proactively manage operational and system changes to maintain COE service delivery;
Manage internal and external escalation points for operations, IT and third parties
