About the job

You will be overall and globally responsible for generating high-quality leads from paid channels, increase brand awareness, grow website traffic, increase conversion rates while having a constant eye on optimization.We're fast-growing and selling to all parts of the world. You will have a global budget and clear CAC and CPL targets.

Your responsibilities.

• Generating leads from paid channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube.

• Constantly updating and improving our digital ads and assets.

• Finding new ways of generating high-quality leads.

• Lead scoring and finding ways to make our Inside Sales team even more successful.

• Performance tracking and reporting.

Preferred qualifications

You will become a key person in our future growth, unlocking the global potential.

• Proven track record in setting up and optimizing Facebook and Google ads.

• Experienced in analytics and reporting tools – including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Funnel.io etc.

• Great technical skills.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a similar position.
