Calling all customer support heroes! Billogram is growing and we are now looking for a service-minded Customer Support Agent to join our ranks. We’re all about the customer experience, so what better chance is there for a passionate Customer Support Agent, to be able to work in a company who always puts the customer first? We’re looking for someone who is devoted to giving great customer care, and is excited about taking on a challenging role in a fast-paced and complex environment.
The role
Customer support at Billogram includes giving personal, yet professional, multichannel support to our own customers, as well as recipients of the Billogram invoices. Besides customer requests, the team also performs a number of administrative tasks such as managing transactions on client funds and verifying company information to make sure we are compliant with enforced laws and regulations. All this while also helping our clients’ manage the relationship with their customers.
Becoming an expert on the Billogram product and how invoicing works is key to deliver an A grade service to our customers and their invoice recipients, and we therefore make sure to continuously develop our skills and keep evolving.

We believe that you relate to being an optimistic person with loads of energy, and excellent communication skills. No customer is the same, and changing the way you interact and speak with each different customer should come very naturally to you. You should be 100% comfortable with using the phone as a tool, and love interacting with people this way.
With Billogram being a young and expanding company, you should be a self-starter yourself and thrive on the feeling of accomplishment. This means that being proactive and a natural problem solver come handy from time to time in our organisation. Lastly, you are fluent in Swedish and English and feel comfortable interacting in both languages on a daily basis.
