We’re looking for an exceptional HR manager to build our human operation for growth. In your role you’ll work closely with our leadership team to build the culture and processes we need for globally expanding our Brella family. Develop and manage recruiting processes in EMEA and US regions
Create a personal development program
Have ownership of the employee handbook
Handling employee issues

Who we are looking for
+3 years of experience in management or leadership role
Hunger for learning
Ability to hold a clear picture of the legal environment regarding employment in Finland and in the US
