Screenful is a data analytics & visualisation startup based in Helsinki and Yerevan. Our analytics tools and visual dashboards are currently used by hundreds of customers in 40+ countries. We're now looking for an entrepreneur minded individual to join our team. You would be working in a customer facing role, helping our customers to start using our product and get value out it.

We’re currently a team of seven with background in technology and want to strengthen our team with a Product Specialist / Sales Engineer who can help our customers to onboard and get most out of our product. Your daily duties would involve managing the customer lifecycle:

• Optimise the complete customer lifecycle including: onboarding, account growth, new feature adoption, and renewals

• Teach new and existing users through email and zoom calls

• Conduct product demos

• Drive usage growth of the Screenful product

• Track metrics related to churn and other customer success measurements

• Identify and execute upsell opportunities

• Work as a liaison between customers and developers

• Engage with the ecosystem via blogging, forums and industry events

Qualifications

• You are based in Helsinki

• Familiar with selling to a technical audience and are comfortable with a consultative sales approach.

• Previous experience in B2B (pre)sales in IT or related field

• Experience in delivering products to international markets

• Experience in managing complex software projects in a manager role 

• Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies

• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

These are not mandatory but will help in this role

• Technical background and understanding of the software development process

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, especially Jira

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean thinking

• Experience in building partnerships and distribution channels
