Penneo is on a mission to take over Europe coming from a stronghold in the scandinavian countries. Since we are a customer-driven company, we are looking for a customer support manager to make sure that the right customers gets the right help at the right time.

We need a customer support manager who can take charge of our customer support department and foster positive relationships with our customers. If you know how to find unique ways to deal with customer complaints or concerns, you’d be a perfect fit for this position.

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer support experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Support new customers in the onboarding process
  • Incident management (communication with clients during and after incidents)
  • Develop our self-service universe
  • Develop and implement service procedures, policies and standards
  • Minimize the amount of work escalated by working with the product team
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer support agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Set goals for the team and check on progress
