We are seeking a highly-motivated human to join our purpose-driven IMPACTR team to help us drive sustainability impact!

Innovation is an absolute priority for us and this key role in our startup is to creatively collaborate to develop and build a massive online presence of IMPACTR and then implement revenue models that align with our brand values to create a sustainable income and growth of IMPACTR. Think radical but relatable, we are exploring new paradigms to create the cutting edge of positive change.

Your Mission

By specialising in digital marketing you will contribute to our journey to growth hack our revenue streams and learn alot at the same time - with your passion for areas such as leads generation, sales, conversion, SEO, digital outreach, data, analytics and making decisions and coming up with new tactics, tricks and strategies to create our scale.

You are in tune with the latest technologies and capabilities out there for digital marketing, leads generation and conversion, and customer relationship management.  As part of building this social revolution together, you will actively bring your ideas forward and always be curious.

You will be passionate about continuously researching and utilising the latest ideas, critical thoughts and innovations in your field to keep IMPACTR ahead of trends and at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and revenue growth.

You have demonstrated experience and know the techniques to drive online growth. You will help craft an SEO strategy to drive engagement and advocacy with our social feeds. You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing plans to build and deliver positive media, partner and customer perceptions.

Key responsibilities of the role include: 

• Devising and implementing strategies with the Head of Business Development to drive growth of IMPACTR´s revenue streams.
• Perform growth approaches to scale IMPACTR´s reach, community, and sales leads/revenue conversion.
• Apply analytics, for example in tracking of conversion rates and other value-metrics to optimize for maximum results.
