Over the past years we’ve built one of Europe’s largest platforms to take the hassle out of buying or selling cars. Our apps and websites are used by millions of consumers in 10 European countries and even more consumers experience AutoUncle via integrations on brand websites such as Hyundai, Renault, Kia, Audi as well as hundreds of dealership websites. 

The Opportunity 

In this newly established and hands-on role as AutoUncle's Head of Global Paid Marketing you'll have the chance to take charge and drive the development of paid traffic acquisition internationally across all our channels. With reference to the COO you'll focus on performance, and be responsible from strategy to hands on execution, analysing data to identify opportunities and running experiments to grow AutoUncle's user base on web and apps.

Together with the rest of the Growth Team you will continually work on designing, implementing and analysing experiments to improve engagement and retention. 

You will; 

• operate and scale all AutoUncle’s marketing automation channels (Facebook Ads, Criteo, Google Ads) targeting consumers internationally
• develop and monitor optimisation experiments
• deliver valuable performance reports and refine our automation setup to effectively target the right audiences
• implement new remarketing initiatives
• work closely with management, the marketing team and Product Owner on how to improve conversion rates from paid advertising funnels
• study advertising efforts, new approaches of other players (inside and outside the car market) in order to develop competitive advantages by adapting new approaches to advertise and generate leads 

Your Profile

This is a strategically important role for AutoUncle’s aggressive expansion internationally and we expect a colleague that have a combination of experience and ambition to have a big impact. We’re looking for a profile that will have past experience with and/or succeed in:

• developing, implementing and managing cross-channel (apps & web) paid advertising internationally
• make data-driven decisions about what to improve and execute on it
• copywriting (ad titles, conversion texts etc.) and working professionally in English verbal and written
• creatives (ad images), either designing yourself or working with someone who did
• thriving in a fast-paced, international environment
