As LOOP’s customer success manager you will represent LOOP and will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, helping them to get the most out of our products.
You will ensure the best customer experience possible, which in turn will result in customer retention and expansion.
Some of the activities you will be responsible for are:
- Onboard new customers, including training, setting up the platform etc.
- Regularly follow-up customers, in order to monitor the progress, keep them satisfied and ensure success
- Make sure the customer always has the most effective products and configuration for their needs
- Be the link between the customer and LOOP, identifying customer needs and communicating them to the Team
This internship will last three (3) months, provided we are mutually satisfied at the end of the internship we will offer you a part-time position.
