We are looking for a graphical mind who will work determinedly to manage our creative team and create high quality content to our marketing campaigns, social media and webshops while being responsible for product and packaging design. We are looking for an experienced, bright and creative person with an interest in design and photography to build an important bridge between our e-commerce and visual team.

Your overall task as a Head of Creative is to use your creativity in visual productions to improve our brand communication and customer relationship. For that purpose you will touch upon all sorts of visual content and develop your competencies within a wide scope of areas. We always strive to to be ahead of our competitors and provide our followers and customers with valuable, inspiring and fun content. For that reason, we always follow the latest trends and focus on creating content that's on eye-level with our followers and customers through videos on social media (organic and paid) especially.

Apart from the daily managerial tasks, you will also get hands-on with creating creative content, photoshoots and the post-processing of content. Thus, you need to have great skills within multimedia design, meaning you understand different files and aspect ratios depending on the purpose on various digital platforms.

HairLust offers an inside out approach to healthy hair care, and combines inner and outer hair care products in a luxurious product line. We introduce a new generation of cosmeceuticals and beauty products for the picky customer. We wish to do away with the perception of dietary supplements and hair care products as being boring, and for that reason we have launched a line of products that comes in a presentable and shareable visual look. HairLust is one of the most online sought-after dietary supplement and beauty brands in the Nordics, and can boast with being one of the best customer reviewed health products brands in Denmark. HairLust is sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing our visual team of 2-3 team members, coordinate, delegate and prioritize projects as well as motivate and develop the rest of your team. 
  • Working closely together with our e-commerce and marketing team to create social media content and marketing performance campaigns for Facebook and Instagram ads, newsletters, presentations and much more.
  • Taking ownership of the visual content and full responsibility of our social media profiles, including Instagram feed, IGTV, stories etc. and its content and captions.
  • Be a strong driver in building our brand pillars and make sure that HairLust stands out from other beauty brands in its visuals.
  • Get hands-on with visual planning, production, and editing of video and image material.
  • Report directly to the CEO.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a graphical position, preferably for a beauty or fashion brand within e-commerce.
  • Strategic understanding of the marketing funnel and how to create user-friendly and attention-grabbing creatives in marketing campaigns on social media.
  • You hold high proficiency in most Adobe softwares (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, Spark).
  • Strong digital capabilities and ability to analyse data from creatives to further improve visuals onwards
  • An original thinker and a strong storyteller with a passion for developing brand stories that disrupts, inspires and resonates deeply
  • 360 brand thinker who appreciates and invests in the entire process, from making a physical product to marketing to driving loyalty
  • Competitive knowledge of best-in-class brand building copy practices
  • Leadership skills with the ability to not only lead, but to also coach and inspire.
  • Experienced working within B2C e-commerce and passionate about the beauty industry
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Preferably fluent in spoken and written English
