Job description

We are currently growing and our Professional Services Team needs a new colleague. You will be the internal “anchor” in the team, which is spread across 4 countries and counting. 

→ We do not expect from you to be the personal assistant of consultants.

→ We expect from you to be the “engine” and “anchor” of the team by making sure that all the processes are efficient and follow-up, and build a coherent flow of processes in the team.

Mission

Your role is composed of 3 main pillars: build and maintain processes, manage the team’s budget and manage projects.

Specifically, your tasks are as follows:

• Identify, describe, test and implement the processes around forecasting, CRM and invoicing.
• Responsible for the ongoing overall reporting on pipeline, forecast, closed, …
• Make sure that each consultant in the team adheres to the agreed processes/deliverables.
• Create overview and secure ongoing control of invoicing of Professional Services Team (non recurring revenue) in close coordination with the Finance department.
• Manage Business Development Projects as organising/participating to major events, opening new offices, ...
• Assist the team with various administrative functions.
• Create quotes and process sales orders.

Profile

To be successful at LetsBuild, you need to master the following qualifications:

• You have a confirmed experience in a sales structure, preferably a Saas company.
• You have an excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
• You are highly organised and detail-oriented.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and preferably an analytical background.
• You are experienced in using Spreadsheets.
• You are autonomous and comfortable to work with people who are not located at the same office than you. 
• You agree to travel if necessary (not more than 2-3 times per quarter).
