Your mission

Your mission will be to develop the product/services, by deliver world class software, by navigating the seven seas of software development and by manage a team of developers. This include the great responsibility to develop, prioritize and manage all development projects and all IT related activities and areas. To ensure all IT activities runs smoothly, effectively and are monitored. To do test management, project management and to lead, manage and train the team of developers.

Your DNA

We are looking for a CTO to take over the development responsibility. Do you have what it takes? Do you consider yourself an expert? Are you hungry? Based on qualifications, we offer Cofounder status and equity to the right candidate who has expert knowledge/experience.

• CTO or similar role experience

• Minimum 5 years professional development experience

• Minimum 1-2 years management experience managing developers

• Knowledge and interest about the newest technologies

• Able to lead, manage and hold people accountable

• Product owner & project management skills

• Architecture skills, able to understanding complexity and see the big picture

• Perfectionist who puts an honor in creating outstanding software solutions

• Experience with Laravel, Vue.js, React Native,

• Experience with Web, App, API development in general

• Can do attitude and an implementor who always find a solution

Preferable but not a must:

• Startup experience

• Takeaway industry knowledge
