Focusing on flavor and detail, our company blends low-temperature distillation techniques, fermentation, and unique, high-quality ingredients sourced carefully by hand all over the world to create spirits through the eyes of a chef.
We are looking for new member to join our production team, more specifically, the Distillery crew.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the production schedule and recipes for our spirits
- Execute the day-to-day tasks and general maintenance in the distillery
- Collect data, update logs and track relevant information from the distilling process
- Help the Distillery Manager to blend our products
- Help manage bottling with third parties
- Report to the Distillery Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience on executing recipes and blending flavors
- Teamwork attitude
- Outstanding organizational and detailed oriented
- Pro-active and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Good analytical ability
- Good grasp of safety guidelines
- Stamina to perform some physical work
- Flexibility to work in different shifts (AM, PM)
- Permit to work full-time in Denmark
