THE POSITION

We are looking for new member to join our production team, more specifically, the Koji Room crew.

Koji it’s a technique behind many Asian products like miso, shoyu and obviously, sake. It’s a key part of our process and as we are scaling our production, it is time for us to have some extra hands to help.

This position is for you that are passionate about fermentation, that is interested about different techniques to develop flavor or are just curious to discover the universe behind Koji production.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the production schedule and recipes for Koji
  • Execute the day-to-day tasks and general maintenance in the Koji Room
  • Collect data, update logs and track relevant information from Koji production process
  • Report to the Koji Room supervisor


REQUIREMENTS

  • Teamwork attitude
  • Outstanding organizational and detailed oriented
  • Pro-active and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Good analytical ability
  • Good grasp of safety guidelines
  • Stamina to perform some physical work
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts (AM, PM)
  • Permit to work full-time in Denmark
