THE POSITION
We are looking for new member to join our production team, more specifically, the Koji Room crew.
Koji it’s a technique behind many Asian products like miso, shoyu and obviously, sake. It’s a key part of our process and as we are scaling our production, it is time for us to have some extra hands to help.
This position is for you that are passionate about fermentation, that is interested about different techniques to develop flavor or are just curious to discover the universe behind Koji production.
