Who are we looking for?

Penneo is on a mission to take over Europe coming from a stronghold in the Scandinavian countries. To ensure we reach our destination, we are now looking for a multitasker automation specialist who is as strong with technical setups as with business development. Young, dynamic and proactive are the qualities required, experience might be a plus but attitude is a must. The position is a multi-faceted one and requires tech savvy and in-depth, hands-on experience ; but it also requires a business oriented mind, allowing you to persist and find new solutions and ways to approach the market. You do so by putting customer understanding at the core of what we do; by measuring, automating, and constantly optimizing our digital efforts.

As our Automation Specialist you’ll take on a newly established role within Penneo, reporting to our Head of Marketing, Gautier Garin. You have a big impact on the technical part, from marketing to sales but also customer success, making sure to set up some automation processes that will help our commercial success. You have a unique opportunity to influence and build the frames, all in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the awesome Penneo team.

Your mission will be to make sure both prospects and clients understand the full value and potential of Penneo and your ultimate purpose is making sure that our services value is presenting in the best way possible.

Responsibilities and mandate:

  • Set up email operations under Pipedrive
  • Establish sales analysis and forecasts
  • Exécute various sales operations tasks
  • Experience with tools such as Zapier, MailChimp, Zendesk etc. welcome
  • Build automation processes to attract, convert, and onboard customers
  • Set up and take charge of the digital marketing tools required to do this, all the way from lead generation, through customer funnel analytics, over mail and campaign automation, to customer satisfaction and community building
  • Assist our outbound lead generation by setting up and automating mail flows, in liaison with the customer-facing reps
