Airtame is looking for an experienced recruiter to play a key role in growing our team across our offices in Copenhagen and Budapest. You will manage and prioritize hiring across teams and hiring managers.

Tasks

• Own the full life cycle recruitment in one or multiple business areas across our key locations (Copenhagen, Budapest).
• Balance team needs and expectations with grace and conviction. 
• Create and execute creative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns.
• Play the role of a trusted talent acquisition expert for other Airtame teams.
• Improve the recruitment process to provide the best talent experience. 

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for an array of software engineering roles.
• Experience with developing unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing.
• Tech-savvy and excited about the future of technology trends.
• Passionate about teamwork with a drive for getting things done.

Bonus points

• Experience with on-boarding of new team members.
• Experience with ATS applications (i.e. Greenhouse, Lever).
